Since I orbit the long haul industry I have a few other terms you may like to add to you list:
Alligators: Strips of tires lying flat along the road. Mainly caused from a blowout from a retreaded tire.
Jenny Craig: The DOT weigh station.
Com Daddy: Term for ComCheck; a third party which issues certified checks for drivers that they may issue to any party.
Dead head: Similar definition to bob tail
Yard goat: A type of small, heavy duty truck. Yard goats tow trailers for tractors from one place to another around shipping docks and other parts of trucking company facilities.

Josh, thanks--these are even more fun words than mine!
